The basis for the adoption of the following rules is: Section 12-45-107(a) of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
The purpose for the adoption of these rules is in light of: Corrections to Board Rule 5.1.1 ? Seal Specifications, to comply with the Statutory changes resulting from Senate Bill 07-107; and, General housekeeping (font, format, etc) for all rule sections. |
