| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision of the following rule is C.R.S. 25-5-704 (1) (a).
When Section 24 was adopted by the Board last year, Rule 24.1.6 Parties to the proceeding made reference to Rule 7.1.4, which is an incorrect rule number. Therefore, the purpose for the revision of Rule 24.1.6 Parties to the proceeding is to reference the correct rule number in the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board?s rules. |
