| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amendments to the Rules Pertaining to the Infant Immunization Program, the Vaccines For Children Program, and the Immunization of Students Attending School, including a change in the definition of "school"; a correction of the doses for pneumococcal conjugate and varicella in Table 1; an expansion of the footnote clarifying minimum intervals for varicella; and the correction of the abbreviations for Tdap and varicella in Table 2. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To change the definition of "school" in accordance with SB 07-212; to make corrections in dose requirments in Table 1 and revisions in footnotes to clarify existing rules; and to correct abbreviations of vaccines in Table 2. See attached statement of basis and purpose for details. |
