| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To allow waterfowl hunters safe access to Walk-In Access properties by extending the hours of access.
To allow additional take of dark geese in the Central Flyway portion of Colorado pursuant to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service liberalization of take of dark geese.
To allow additional take of canvasback ducks in the Pacific Flyway portion of Colorado pursuant to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service liberalization of take of canvasback. |
