| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amendments to the Public School Construction Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-7, are being made to incorporate requirements for: 1) project notification, 2) preliminary plan reviews, and 3) project application submittals. These amendments will ensure that school boards adequately notify the Division that school construction is planned, and that they submit to the Division, the local fire department and the Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire Safety, required information during the design stage of plan preparation for projects exceeding $500,000, and an Application Review Package for all c |
