Revisions to Procedural Rules regulation. See attached proposed rule and notice. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purposes of these revisions of the procedural rules are (1) to reduce the amount of paper filed with the AQCC?s administrative office, and (2) to require parties to rulemakings and adjudications to more quickly and efficiently file necessary documents with the AQCC, each other, and the Division. Further, these revisions will include any typographical and grammatical errors throughout the regulation. |
