| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Effect changes in the state's migratory bird hunting regulations according to recently passed U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service regulations. Changes include liberalization of dark goose season dates and bag limit in the Central Flyway portion of Colorado, liberalization of canvasback bag limit in the Pacific Flyway portion of Colorado, and liberalization of access rules on Walk-In Access properties to allow more time for set-up and retrieval of hunting aids. |
