Rule 1.00 Statement of Basis and Purpose. The statutory basis for these rules adopted January 18, 2005, is found in sections 22-30.5-503(1)(c), 505(4)(k), 505(5), and 510(1)(b) and (c), C.R.S.
1) Section 22-30.5-505, et. seq., C.R.S., requires the Institute Board to promulgate rules for the administration of part 5, Article 30.5, Title 22, C.R.S. The purposes of these rules include, but are not limited to, establishing regulations |
