| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these rules is to set forth the method for establishing evidence of lawful presence in the United States through acceptable forms of identification or waiver process.
These permanent rules replace the previously promulgated emergency rules pursuant to the enabling statute, Section 24-76.5-103. |
