| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Proposed amendment to Regulation 7: Determination of Fees to Pay for Administrative Costs of the Medical Use of Marijuana Program - to reduce the fee from one hundred ten dollars to ninety dollars to be collected from each applicant at the time of application. It is estimated that the ninety-dollar application fee will adequately cover the costs of the program during FY 2007-08. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Regulation 7 states the amount of the fee should be evaluated annually by the department, and the department shall propose modifications to the board, as appropriate. Based on the program's budget for FY 2007-08, the department proposed a reduction in the fee from one hundred ten dollars to ninety dollars to be collected from each applicant at the time of application. The department estimates that the ninety dollar application fee will adequately cover the costs of the program during FY 2007-08. |
