License Plate Retirement Rule |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this regulation is to establish a process to be followed to retire license plate types due to the statutory threshold of issued plates not being met, adverse audit findings or any other statutorily supported eligibility for plate retirement as determined by the department. |
