| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The rules shall include but not be limited to: time frames for submitting grant program applications; criteria for awarding a grant; time frame for distribution of grant moneys; reporting requirements for grant recipients; reporting and progress evaluation procedures; and other criteria the board may deem appropriate. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Accessible Educational Materials for Students with Print Disabilities Grant Program requires the State Board of Education to promulgate rules in accordance with Article 4 of Title 24, C.R.S. The rules shall include but not be limited to: time frames for submitting grant program applications; criteria for awarding a grant; time frame for distribution of grant moneys; reporting requirements for grant recipients; reporting and progress evaluation procedures; and other criteria the Board may deem appropriate. |
