Statutory authority exists to modify the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Storage Tank Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-14. The authority includes ??22-32-124 |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
In order to meet the mandate concerning the additional resources in the new statutes that became effective July 1, 2006, it is imperative that the new plan review fee identified in the statute be implemented. If the funds are not immediately collected through plan review fees, the Division will not be able to meet the actual, reasonable, and necessary expenses. |
