| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amendments to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Public School Construction Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-7, are being made to incorporate statutory changes that became effective July 1, 2006 concerning the increase of resources (from one FTE to three FTEs) and the changes in language stating that the division shall charge a fee for plan review and issuance of a construction permit to cover the actual, reasonable and necessary expenses of the division. |
