| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed rules are intended to implement the Colorado HIV and AIDS Prevention Grant Program created by House Bill 06-1054 to address local community needs in the areas of medically accurate HIV and AIDS prevention and education through a competitive grant process. Emergency rules for the Colorado HIV and AIDS Prevention Grant Program were adopted by the Board on November 15, 2006 and became effective on that date. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These rules implement the Colorado HIV and AIDS Prevention Grant Program created by House Bill 06-1054 to address local community needs in the areas of medically accurate HIV and AIDS prevention and education through a competitive grant process.
