Adopt Rule 9.5 |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose for the adoption of Rule 9.5 is to make it clear that it is not appropriate for licensees to share the content and answers to examinations for licensure and renewal that are administered by the State Electrical Board. Further, it is the intent of the Board that the prohibition is against disclosure of content and answers on examinations for licensure and against disclosure of answers on renewal examinations. |
