| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision of the following rule is C.R.S. 25-5-704 (1) (a).
There is a sentence in the CPTSB Rule 1.2.4.1 Existing installations that references the operation and maintenance requirements. This sentence needs to be repealed since the new American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 2006 code has been adopted and the national code automatically de-grandfathers the national rules.
