| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Division is requesting that the Commission set a Rulemaking Hearing date to consider proposed changes to Regulation Number 19 to add provisions that would implement the federal program for contractor notification to homeowners of lead based paint remediation. These provisions were adopted into the law by the General Assembly at ?25-7-1101,CRS in the 2006 Legislative session. These provisions are proposed to be a separate Part B of the regulation. |
