The following areas will be contained or changed in the rule: The rule will establish an Advisory Committee appointed by the Executive Director, to make administrative recommendations to the Program Manager who manages the program's contracting and funding. The rule will remove specific reference to the Motorcycle Safety Foundation curricula so that other curricula may be adopted in the future as deemed necessary or desirable.The rule will contain additional and updated definitions |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To update the rule to reflect current industry training; to create an Advisory Committee to better administer the rule utilizing input of industry members appointed to the Committee; and to remove references to Motorcycle Safety Foundation Curricula so that other curricula is eligible under the program; and other updates in nomenclature to update the rule. |
