The CCR Title of 723-2 is misnamed above on this form and in the BasisAndPurposeAttachment2006-00387.rtf. The permanent title to this CCR is RULES REGULATING TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS. |
