The Air Quality Control Commission will hold a written comment only rulemaking hearing to consider a request by the Division to set a public rulemaking hearing date to consider a proposal for Regulation Number 6 to adopt by reference a set of provisions to incorporate changes to the federal program in recent months and for Regulation Number 1 to consider proposed revisions to the performance testing requirements for air curtain destructors. |
