Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed rules establish a breast and cervical cancer screening program that uses tobacco tax initiative dollars to fund screening for underserved persons that are at or below two hundred and fifty percent of the federal poverty level and at least forty years of age but less than sixty-five years of age. The proposed rules set forth allowable fund purposes, guidelines for screening services, diagnostic procedures and referrals for treatment. |
