The Commission shall issue a new NOPR to determine what pollution control projects are in the ordinary course of business. The Recommended Decision shall not become a decision of the Commission pursuant to § 40-6-109, C.R.S.

Department of Agriculture Animal Health Division 8 CCR 1201-18 2014-00982 11/03/2014 Based on the testimony received at that hearing it is evident that more discussion is needed among stakeholders. The Department has decided to withdraw the proposed amendments at this time. The Department may conduct a new hearing process in the future if the agency determines that rulemaking is necessary and if the various stakeholder groups are more aligned and in agreement with proposed amendments.
