Department of Public Health and Environment Water And Wastewater Facility Operators Certification Board 5 CCR 1003-7 2014-01240 02/09/2015 CDPHE is terminating the proposed rulemaking (Tracking No. 2014-01240) regarding the Repeal of 5 CCR 1003-7 (Beneficial Use of Water Treatment Sludge and Fees Applicable to the Beneficial Uses of Sludges), scheduled for hearing by the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission on Feb. 17, 2015. CDPHE intends to re-propose the repeal of the 5 CCR 1003-7 regulations in the near future in conjunction with a proposed modification to Section 12.1.3 of the Colorado Solid Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-2).
